2 oz Liquori dell’Etna Pera
1 oz Bordiga Bianco Vermouth
.75 oz lemon
Egg white
Soda water
Dry shake egg white, add rest of ingredients and ice to tin and hard shake, double strain into a fizz glass, top with soda water, ghost lemon twist
