Our goal in creating these cocktails is not to limit what people will do with these spirits but to demonstrate their wide range of uses.

This project is an ongoing collaboration by several members of our staff. Countless hours of testing and debate went into the decisions of these cocktails. Special thanks to those who created the recipes, tested them and photographed them, and also to our beloved customers and friends who offered us their intellectual property to use here. And last but not least special thanks to Jessica for building and designing the cocktail database on our website.
